Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Next.js, TypeScript, Python. PostgreSQL, Drizzle and/or SQLAlchemy ORM.
REST APIs and microservices.
SQL / NoSQL databases.
Azure and/or GCP cloud services (one of four roles requires full-stack + AI on GCP; the other three require full-stack + Azure AI ecosystem).
Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
AI experience using AI in SDLC, implementing RAG, evaluating LLMs, etc.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Roles amp; Responsibilities
Design, build, and scale cloud-native applications supporting Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives (Design Automation, Design Validation, Permit Automation) and AI Solutions (Obi new joiner onboarding concierge; NOVA AI-powered workflow orchestration).
Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Design and build cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or GCP.
Implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
Support CI/CD, DevOps, and application security best practices. Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards.
