Requirements
3 or more years of experience in technical quality assurance and automated testing.
Proficiency in JavaScript and JSON for automating integration and user interface tests.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and professional software troubleshooting.
Experience with IBM DB2 UDB and verifying relational database integrity.
Experience in testing custom-built applications and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products.
Experience in system, regression, and load testing within an IT Service Management framework.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
Create and implement automated testing structures for integration and user interface validation.
Develop comprehensive test plans by converting functional requirements into technical test cases.
Analyze system architecture and technical documentation to identify interoperability flaws and defects.
Collaborate with software engineers to enforce quality coding standards and unit testing protocols.
Execute end-to-end testing practices for both in-house developed and COTS software solutions.
Monitor and report software bugs, deployment issues, and configuration errors to stakeholders.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and develop technical strategies for quality improvement.
