• Meet with homeowners (virtually and in person) to talk through their energy needs
• Walk them through custom solar solutions and easy financing options
• Help them understand their savings and guide them to a confident "yes"
• Follow up with your leads by phone, text, and email

You'll never be left to figure it out alone. You'll build your pipeline through:

• Company-sponsored events — home shows, sustainability fairs, sports activations, and community partnerships
• Pre-selected, high-opportunity neighborhoods for door-to-door outreach
• Referrals from happy customers , real estate agents, and local businesses
• Your own network and community connections

• A great attitude and a willingness to learn — this matters more than any resume
• Comfortable talking with people and building rapport
• Self-motivated and excited by the idea of controlling your own income
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A passion for clean energy and helping people (or the curiosity to develop one!)
