Salary: $94,350 - 200,100 per year Requirements:

• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which means U.S. citizenship is required; an interim and/or final Secret Clearance after start may be necessary.
• We require the ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We require a Scrum Master certification.
• We require at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• We require hands-on experience with software backlog management tools such as JIRA or VersionOne/Agility.
• We require practical experience with software development tools, including requirements management, backlog collaboration, CI/CD, testing, and code quality/security tools.
• For Level 3, we prefer 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• For Level 4, we prefer 9 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• We prefer an Agile coach certification.
• We prefer experience collecting metrics and using tools such as Excel and eazyBI.
• We prefer experience hosting meetings using tools such as Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
• We require candidates to satisfy our Conflict of Interest assessment process.
• We require a U.S. Person for export control compliance, including U.S. citizens, nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.

• We will have you run daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings.
• We will have you lead an Agile community of practice with Product Owners and process stakeholders.
• We will have you support sprint planning.
• We will have you track metrics and drive stronger team outcomes.

• We will have you improve communication across teams.
• We will have you review team performance and identify project risks.
• We will have you advise leadership on organizational progress.
• We will have you coach software engineers on Agile practices and help embed continuous improvement across the organization.
